Love the Valley

Love the Valley is not an organization, non-profit or business. It's not about Awaken Church. Love the Valley is a movement of people who love the Wenatchee Valley and its people. We partner with people, places and projects to serve and show the love of God in practical ways. It begins with you and your neighbors - shoveling snow, helping drive someone to an appointment, volunteering with neighborhood organizations that are making a difference. In short, it is your heart for Wenatchee Valley come to life.

Apple Blossom Grand Parade 

We're the last entry in the parade! We walk the route to pick up trash and help be sure our streets are left clean after the parade. Our aim is to encourage everyone to catch the spirit of Love the Valley and keep our streets clean and safe as we enjoy the festivities.

Rock Island Fishing Derby 

We partner with the City of Rock Island to help host the annual fishing derby for kids! Come help kids learn how to fish, assist with free raffle prizes and more.

-Encouraging women and children by cooking and sharing a meal at the Grace House
-Assisting Lighthouse Ministries with grocery donations and other projects
-Christmas caroling at assisted living facilities

-Assisting neighbors with yard work and snow plowing
