How it all started...
In 2013 Pastors Daniel & Jessica Kellogg moved to Wenatchee because God gave them a vision. Their vision was to start a church that would have a radical impact in the Wenatchee Valley for Jesus, to risk everything to reach everyone they could. For years Awaken Church met in a former marajuana dispensary on Duncan Street below Wal*Mart. In that little, run-down building God moved and we had the privilege to baptize 1000 people. Soon we were looking for a larger space to meet and so we rented and renovated Wenatchee's old ice rink at the bottom of Fifth Street. Here God has continued to move in incredible ways as we seek to see His vision come to life in our valley.

We strive to awaken the God-given gifts and talents within our church so that everyone can be who God is calling them to be. If you want to be involved, we have a place for you!

What kind of church is Awaken?
We are a non-denominational Christian church. This means we aren't underneath a structured organization of churches. But we do receive mentorship from a group of churches from various parts of the country. Learn what we believe.
Do you have anything for kids and teens?
Definitely! We believe our kids are the church of today, not just the future. Awaken Kids is available at each weekend service for ages 0-6th grade. Move Youth Group meets Wednesdays 7pm for grades 6-12.

What do you do for the community?
Along with community events we host for Easter, Christmas, etc., we organize Love the Valley projects throughout the year.
